We invite you to join us for a wellness day here at The Carlton. Choose a day or half day for a recharge, some relaxation and refreshment, as well as a chance to lose the car and enjoy nature at its finest. Explore the local area on foot, breathe in the Atlantic breeze and then join us for some amazing food and some luxurious treatments.
We have put together a light lunch menu, featuring detox smoothies, wholesome & nutritious clean foods with plenty of fruit and vegetables. We cater for plant-based diets and any allergies, just let us know your requirements.
Our evening menus contain only locally sourced ingredients; field, stream, moorland or sea. Great quality and full of nutrition, good fats and plenty of vitamins, with a low carbon footprint.
At The Carlton, we love you to feel pampered, so we have a range of fantastic treatments waiting for you. Ease your tension with a relaxing massage, a hot stone therapy or even an indulgent facial. Step back from the everyday and leave behind your normal everyday life behind. Experience a feeling of deep relaxation, calm and wellbeing at The Carlton’s luxury treatment suite.
Sessions vary in price depending on time and therapy. You should budget £40 for 30 minutes and £65 for 1 hour of treatment, but we can quote for you on enquiry. It’s possible to have a number of different treatments within an hour (or more) and to combine with a light lunch, afternoon tea or early supper.

Our therapists get booked up, so where you can please allow as much notice for your enquiry or booking. Do ask us about late availablity though, subject to 48 hours notice.
