Safe dining at The Carlton

In the current pandemic emergency we are following Government advice and regulation. This means you will see some sensible changes to our food and drink service at The Carlton. You can find out more about our general Covid-19 Stay Safe policies and procedure here.  In line with government guidelines, when you dine with us we’ll require your contact details. This helps us comply with the NHS Test & Trace scheme. You’re required to pre-book your table/space so we can ensure that we can accommodate you and have the resources on hand to look after you safely.

You and our safety

We are passionate about safety. The safety of you and our team. So behind the scenes (and in front) you’ll be comforted to know we are cleaning touch points, high traffic areas and frequently disinfecting your dining area to combat the virus better. Our procedures in working safely are assured by Visit England and the AA and reflected in our 5* food and hygiene safety rating  from the local authority.

If these don’t fit your business needs, we are happy to work with you to design a tailor-made package which does.

Recent investment has seen all public areas, reception, lounges, bar, Brasserie, and guest bedrooms completely rebuilt. New features have been added – our snug library, a well-appointed gym, cocktail bar, brasserie and more. IT wise, Wifi, smart TVs and security features will add to your attendee’s experience.

Led by our chef/patron, the small team in our kitchen, cook from scratch. From farm to fork, we are always sourcing new seasonal ingredients from small local producers, handcrafting these into honest food. Real thought has gone into the food and drink we offer at your event, including seasonal changes to menus that deliver cost-effective options to you.

With prices from £99 per delegate for 24-hour delegate packages and just £35 per delegate for a daytime meeting, you won’t find any hidden extras with our rates and packages.
