New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at The Carlton
The Carlton’s end of year spectacular Gala Dinner is served from 7pm, but arrive in the hotel bar from 6.30pm for canapés and a glass of Champagne.
What to expect:

- Midnight chimes of Big Ben, party hats & novelties
- Finale hot bacon rolls
Our resident DJ will entertain you with dancing and partying until midnight. Don’t forget we are serving hot bacon rolls before you retire to bed.
Booking is essential with a full pre-order, on a first come basis. We always have limited space on this evening, so a deposit of £25 card is required on booking. Deposits are non-refundable and once you reserve your table only reasonable changes or amendments will be permitted to numbers or choices.
The Gala Dinner and Dance is £90 per guest.

With Provenance
Our Gala Dinner and Dance menu is a six course banquet, featuring quality local ingredients; including quayside landed lobster, Exmoor Park beef, Appledore cod and orange marmalade from the Original Marmalade Shop.
